Job Title: Installation Team Member
Department: Installation

Job Purpose: To assist in the installation of artificial grass and putting greens.
SYNLawn is looking for motivated individuals to be a part of the installation team. We are expanding our team and need a team player. We are willing to train so that you become a certified SYNLawn Installer. We ask that you bring a good attitude and an open mind. Our crews are some of the best in the business and we are looking for people who are looking to be a part of a continually growing company with plenty of opportunities.
Major Responsibilities:
- Dirt work experience preferred or similar construction experience preferred, not necessary
- General knowledge of tools
- Great work ethic and attitude

Job Title: Call Center Team Member
Department: Sales
Supervisor:
Job Status: Full-Time
Job Purpose: To Manage the call Center while assisting in other areas of the company
Major Responsibilities:
- Manage and answer all incoming Calls for both SYNLawn, Home Depot and Lowes.
- Provide all customer information in SYNOffice CRM
- Set appointments for Project Coordinators
- Manage all leads thru spreadsheets/CRM
- Assist Project Managers with marketing and mailing when needed
- Help develop best practices for the Call Center
- Assist in calling back previous sales leads
- Analyzing trends and keeping management informed of actions to improve performance.
- Sales relief administration support – I.e. contract assistance, admin duties, CRM entry/management etc.

Job Title: Project Coordinator
Department: Sales
Supervisor:
Job Status: Full-Time
Job Purpose: To develop and/or expand all aspects of synthetic turf, both residential and commercial while assisting in other areas of the company, as needed.
Major Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and be responsible for profit/loss in all areas related to Strickly Green Grass (Residential, Commercial)
- Responsible for installer personnel, coordinating jobs and repairs, and manages installation crews to get maximum results in an appropriate amount of time.
- Assist with Inventory control and adequate types of turf
- Develop a Performa for each job and secure management approval.
- Responsible for sales calls, including quotes, and follow up on all leads striving for a 30% “closing” rate.
- At conclusion of each job, communicate with each customer to insure understanding of the maintenance and insure prompt payment based on invoice generated.
- Assist in developing a plan to grow business through landscapers, developers, playground companies so that we become more of a distributor
- Help develop best practices on installation methods
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and educate them about the different options available based on their needs
- Measuring and calculating project costs for clients
- Submitting bids and following up with clients in a timely manner
- Ensuring all materials and related resources are available prior to a job being scheduled for execution. Collect 50% up front
- Supervising project execution to ensure installation guidelines and client expectations are met.
- Analyzing trends and keeping management informed of actions to improve performance.
- Call on Landscape Architect, 2 per week and schedule at least one Lunch and Learn per month
- Complete all necessary closeout paperwork and collect final payment the day of completion; including Thank You Cards
- Follow designated procedures for invoicing clients, collecting deposits and final payment upon completion in a timely manner
- Keep all aspects of work area organized at all times and this includes office, desk area, warehouse and company vehicle
